Appointments
Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Our office is fluent in English and Spanish and is available for any questions on scheduling, insurance, billing and more. We will take the time to explain the answers to your questions so that you are confident and at ease with your care. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us and our office will be glad to reschedule you for a better time.
Insurance
Most insurance plans are accepted. Please call to confirm your insurance provider if you have questions.
Billing
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, debit and check are all accepted. Please call if you have questions about an invoice and our office will be glad to assist you.
Patients needing medication refills will be required to have a recent office visit with their provider within the last 30 days in order to receive any medication refills. Please contact the office at 575-449-7002 to schedule an appointment.
