Dr. Williams is board certified and fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management. He has practiced pain management for over 18 years (one third of which was in Las Cruces, NM). His years of experience has shown that conventional medicine paired with changes in lifestyle makes the most profound and long lasting results in overcoming pain. The lifestyle changes he encourages not only improve the prognosis of pain treatment but it also has an even larger effect on the diseases that plague many Americans. As narcotic overdoses have hit an all-time high is New Mexico, Dr. Williams has made it a personal and professional commitment to assist the community in dealing with this epidemic. Dr. Williams has become certified in prescribing Suboxone and has weaned many people in our community from dangerously high amounts of narcotics.

Dr. Franklin comes to us from the University of Pennsylvania where she trained in Occupational Medicine and Interventional Pain Management. She completed her Internship and residency Training in General Surgery via Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and The University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, respectively.
Her special interests include Neuromodulation and Minimally Invasive Spine procedures. She also specializes in Diabetes as well as Musculoskeletal Pain. She completed years of academic research and clinical trials in both areas while at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Franklin, having a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, adds a wealth of knowledge in The Business of Medicine to young physicians and businesses starting medical practices and corporations. She will be serving as Adjunct Professor and Guest Lecturer for both the local Osteopathic and Medical Schools and Residency Programs in Las Cruces.
Aside from practicing medicine, her hobbies include real-estate investment, traveling, medical & religious mission, sports, smiling, and family-time.

Dr. Criscel Napao, PT , DPT joined Agape Pain Management in October 2019 bringing a wealth of great training and expertise. Criscel received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at Angeles University Foundation, Philippines in 1999. She practiced the profession in different settings such as acute care, rehab hospital,skilled nursing facility, home health and out-patient care for 22 years accumulating a considerable amount of knowledge, skills and abilities towards providing quality and comprehensive patient care. In December 2017, she obtained her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Utica College, New York further broadening her competence in her field. She received training on the use of modalities such as ultrasound therapy, electrotherapy, kinesio taping, manual therapy and is also certified with dry needling for pain management. She is also proficient in utilizing therapeutic exercise and activities for strengthening and balance training as she is also a certified LSVT provider. Her professionalism and dedication for her work reflects on her personal commitment towards helping the people in the community in which she and her family reside. Criscel has a unique and individualized approach to her treatment making her most successful in addressing her patient’s needs and restoring maximum function to improve the quality of life.
